• Delivery by Nail Tales & Beauty offered via door to door courier.
• Collection can be arranged - please view timeframe on checkout. Collections at our Springs Branch must be accompanied by Online Order number to release order.
• We do not allow walk-ins to our shop, strictly online orders.
• Should the customer send someone else to collect, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us with the collectors name.
• We do not take any responsibility should a package be damaged or get lost after it was handed to the Courier.
• If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the order. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal.
• Once Courier collects, a tracking number will be sent to track your parcel.
• Processing of Orders:
• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared.
• Certain products can take longer to be processed as it has to be sourced.
• Order will be sent between 2-10 business days.
• Clothing and swimwear on our website are only available on pre-order.
• Delivery is from our International Warehouse and can take approximately 15-17 working days (Weekends/public holidays excluded).
• All other items from our collection are available and sent from our shop.
• Delivery within 2-5 working days after payment is cleared. If any of these items are ordered with other clothing or swimwear items, the entire order will be sent out as soon as the clothing and or swimwear items are received at our branch.
No refunds on Payflex Payment options
Please take note on rare occasions there may be a slight delay due to custom clearance or warehouse delays. Delivery time does not include processing time.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your parcel gets lost or doesn't get delivered within 20 working days, a refund can be requested (not on Payflex options - only direct Credit/Debit card payments
Nail Tales & Beauty takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return - customer can opt for a refund less delivery fee, or to pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery
Delivery times does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed
In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees incurred for delivery.
Delays are possible! Please do not order if the order is time sensitive.
In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock. We will send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or ask for a credit/refund.
